The Blue Cadets are proud to present their 2026 show "The Ghost of Drum Corps Past", a show about the oldies with repertoire like the Kingsmen's 1972 "English Folk Song Suite", Bridgemen's "Pagliacci", 27th Lancer's "Danny Boy" and more!

Yes, brass players must bring their own instruments. to keep costs as low as we can, we cannot provide instruments. If you don't have one, ask your director if you can use one from your school.
No! The Blue Cadets only rehearse during the day so you can go home afterwards.
Possibly. We will work around band schedules but this corps comes second to your band. If you need to skip a practice, it won't be held against you.

If you are out of state and cannot make it to any rehearsals, you can still join but you won't be able to be incorperated into the drill. You can email us with any further questions.

Ryan Ashland is a composer, is an Indy native, and is a proud member of the community. Ryan has previously organized gold medalist ensembles at the state level. He also comes from a long line of educators.

Brendan Low is a musician from Central Indiana. A music man by trade, Brendan has marched with the Memphis Blues Drum and Bugle Corps and is very well versed on euphonium and trombone. Brendan is planning to pursue a Music education degree.
